OUR STORY
My family opened Rocky Creek Auction about 20 years ago in Lucedale, MS. It was a live auction selling new and used merchandise. I always worked the floor and handed out the items during the sale and at other times, I wrote tickets up for the items being sold. When I got older, my mother opened up Hwy 57 Auction in Stateline, MS selling mostly all new merchandise with the occasional estate sale. Being around the auction all this time and now being in my 30’s with a wife and 3 kids, I realize that time is valuable. The hustle and bustle of life has made it harder for people to come to an in person sale. I have created Deep South Auctions and Estates so everyone can experience the excitement of bidding without having to dedicate yourself to be present. I also created this for those people out there who need assistance with selling their valuables and to take the burden off of them. My family has been an honest and helpful part of the George and Greene County communities and I hope to continue that with Deep South Auctions and Estates.

Steve has over 30 years of experience. He has owned a large auction house in his years and still does some dealer sales. He specialties are in liquidation and overstock.

Jennifer is the owner of Hwy 57 Auction and Rj's Discount Grocery. She has 18 years of experience in auctions and sales. Her speciality areas are online auctions, estate sales, and business closeouts.
DUSTIN MCLENDON
Owner of Deep South Auctions and Estates. He has 15 years of experience as a floor hand and ticket writer. Dustin also has extensive knowledge with items such as sports collectibles and firearms. He hopes to help buyers and sellers with a new auction experience

Deep South Auctions and Estates offers liquidation, surplus and estate sales. We will also buy out estates with cash to make it an easy and burden free experience for you. We will be able to have sales on site or at our 2 auction houses. Online estate sales will also be available.
